Friday, December 26th, 2008Once-daily Lamictal XR has been found effective in treating patients with partial epileptic seizures, according to a report presented at the American Academy of Neurology. If approved, Lamictal XR will be the first extended-release, new-generation epilepsy treatment taken once a day. The product is manufactured by GlaxoSmithKline PLC.
